A quick reminder of the Criteria / Product Highlights:
- Fair view credit assessment – we only assess your client’s most recent 2 years credit history for product terms.
- New and Simplified “Easy as 1,2,3” approach to accepting CCJs, Defaults & Missed Payments registered within 2 years (see full product guide for details).
- Defaults for Communications/Utilities under £350 do not affect product tier.
- Max LTV 90% including debt consolidation up to £60k.
- Latest years’ figures used for self-employed customers, potentially including net profits for Ltd Co Directors.
- Bankruptcy & IVA – 3 years discharged available up to 85% LTV.
- No upfront application fees.
- Free AVM or valuation up to £700k (Remortgage only).
- Free lender only legals – challenging current market approach by streamlining the legal process (Remortgage only).
- Broker fee and Completion fee can be added to the loan with no interest charged.
